Incopro partners with Chinese based law firm, ‘Beijing East IP LTD’ to help deliver integrated online and offline IP protection services in China
16 April 2019 – Incopro, the online brand protection provider today announced that it has partnered with leading Chinese law firm, Beijing East IP LTD and Beijing East IP Law Firm (co-referred as BEIP).
Incopro uses technology to protect many of the world’s leading brands online. The company combines expertise in intellectual property and intelligence gathering techniques to automate the detection, prioritization and enforcement against IP infringement online.
BEIP was established in 2002 by Dr Lulin Gao, the former founding Commissioner of SIPO (now China National Intellectual Property Administration). It has almost 200 personnel, among which almost 100 professionals obtained a Doctor or a Master’s degree and who are also licensed as patent agents or lawyers. Over the last 16 years BEIP has focused on providing overall legal services related to IP and have acted in a number of high profile cases selected by the Supreme Court of PRC and the Beijing High Courts. BEIP represented clients in a wide range of industries in the past and present such as Cisco, LinkedIn, Yahoo!, Tesla, Seagate, McDonald’s, Ritz Carlton, among many other industry leaders.
